Vivi’s Kitchen Garden 125: The squash and pepper harvest.

With the threat of night-time frosts just around the corner it was time for me to harvest my squash and other tender veggies……..I could not have imagined, earlier in the season, just what a great harvest this would be. I haven’t stopped giggling and grinning.

  1. Pickled peppers hold the flavour and are a nice bright hit of vitamins in the winter. A good salsa also uses tons of peppers. Thanks for all the info on your squashes. I will give it a try next summer. JDee.

    1. Cheers! I may have to get some salsa on the go! 🙂

  2. Viví- your squash harvest is amazing. I am especially interested in how you made the squash cathedral- truly a thing of beauty. Do you have any photos of how you built those supports? I am a visual learner and would love to know how you put them together. I so love your blogs! I always learn so much from you. Thanks for sharing so much.

    1. Unfortunately I didn’t take any footage of the supports going up……but I will next year! 🙂
