Please don’t change 😉 I do have a quick question… how big is your freezer space? Is it just the top of the refrigerator or do you have a separate freezer? I have an under-counter freezer……not a huge amount of space….that’s why I store so much stuff dry (beans, onions, squash etc) and bottled (tomatoes)……I also try to garden all year round and try to avoid gluts….so, for example, the carrots and parsnips will over-winter in the ground quite happily.
