The scullery can be seen from the kitchen so I want to give it a bit of a makeover. Mostly I want to get rid of the black shelves…..but I also need to organise all my cleaning and laundry items. A lovely, quick, cheap makeover that can be achieved in a couple of hours, easily.

I don’t mind living out of boxes for a few days…..months even for some items…..but the kitchen definitely needs setting up pronto! I made a bit of a plan re the cupboards when I was still in London….but will it work now that I’m actually here? It’s time to start on the kitchen. Yay!

Welcome to my little seaside cottage garden. It hasn’t been tended much for a number of years….but it has great ‘bones’ (Purbeck stone walls, a secret entrance, a fabulous view) and is just about big enough for me to get creative with……and to simply sit in to enjoy the air and the sound of waves….
