A recent trip to the shops got my mind whirring about my future garden and my plans for some veggie growing. Plus; an astonishing book….and back out to the shops for some special food for Christmas.

Woohooo! It’s that time of year again, when I get to blow some cash purely for the fun of it…..my annual ‘treats for a tenner’. Armed with a £10 note I go off to my little High Street to see what loveliness I can buy.

Today I am cooking with one of my favourite vegetables: Celeriac. I don’t use it often as it’s not always readily available. I’m chatting about how to grow it, showing you how to prep it (for those who’ve never tried tackling one), ideas for cooking it….and making a gorgeous, thick winter soup.
