The weather has changed but it’s still wonderfully mild and time in the garden is a pleasure. I have a quick visit to my adopted pear tree to check on it’s progress and then get on with a few more little jobs in the garden before stopping to natter with neighbours.
Following on from a similar video I made at the end of last summer here is a typical day of what I eat based around my garden produce…..this time it’s winter and most of what I eat comes from produce stored at the end of last autumn.
What a contrast to last year……then I was walking through a few inches of snow to have a look around the garden……now I am bathed in beautiful sunshine and warmth.
