Today I am tackling yet another long overdue job – the bathroom window refurbishment. When I moved in here, 20 years ago, I opted for clear glass in the bathroom window, thereby saving myself over £100 (well over!). The ‘frosting’ I put on all those years ago is now tired and tatty and in much need of renewal……….let’s get stuck in. A ‘new’ bathroom window with a saving (in today’s money) of nearly £200!

Thank you for this video. I have a window above my bed that looks straight to my neighbour’s house but it’s awkward to open and close curtains or blinds. This looks like a good solution. I have two other windows which I can open and also it’s a larger room so hopefully the smell will blow away faster.

Thank you for replying. I hear you about knees and stairs. 60 (gulp)! Luckily I’m in a single storey house so only have 3 steps at the front door and 2 at the back. There is room to install a ramp at both if needed so I’m hoping for this to be my forever home.
