On the Sofa: Coping with Stress (plus making new habits/breaking bad habits).
A lovely quick recipe for when your tummy wants something now! A sort of Bolognese; perfect with pasta (or couscous, quinoa or in a baked potato) and adaptable to turn into a chilli. This recipe cuts down on some cost, a chunk of ultra-processed stuff…and a few calories too.
