    Eee! What a lovely coincidence I made Nettle soup for tea tonight – great minds and all that haha! We love it, I have a garden plagued by them so every year its obligatory to have Nettle soup a few times before they get a bit big. Love it yum yum x

    also just to say I don’t put potatoes in and its still gorgeous and creamy x

      I’m going to experiment with other additions…….I usually have some dried beans left at this time of year from last year’s harvest…….
