Hoorah! The first tomatoes have ripened so it’s time to get them harvested and preserved. Today I’m starting in the garden with the harvesting (and a quick tip for easy picking) before heading into the kitchen to get my produce preserved (the faff free way!). I’m going to weigh all my tomatoes this year, which I haven’t done fore a while…..I want to see just what £ value this small, seaside garden can yield. Plus…..a little quirk in the garden.
