(Filmed June 23rd). The weather isn’t playing ball today so plans need to change. I’ve had the final bill for my asbestos removal so I’m looking at how my budget is performing so far because I need to find extra for an unforeseen job. Plus; films, tv and books.

(Filmed June 16th). The garden is now nearly 7 weeks old….so let’s see how it’s getting on. I’m only a weekend gardener at the moment but hopefully, as things get more sorted with my home, I’ll have more time for it. The plants in the sunny bed were planted 3 weeks ago, the plants in growing bags were put in two weeks ago.

(Filmed 7th June, before I broke my ribs). It’s a rainy, chilly day so I’m staying indoors and tackling myriad jobs and juggling work. A natter, too, about how building works are going…..plus my weight loss and how I’m staying flexible (especially when I have friends visiting!).

(Filmed before I broke my ribs). I’ve been making the most of my new library card……but the books need to be returned so I am going to spend an hour or so making notes. It’s all about planning the shade garden. And, with prefect timing, a wonderful parcel arrives. I have other thank yous to say too.

While I get on with that I put some laundry on – with a natural detergent picked straight from the garden.
