You are such an inspiration and I look forward to your videos.
2 years ago I bought a house on 2 1/2 acres on Vashon Island, near Seattle. I work as a commercial landscape designer in Seattle, and have to (get to!) commute by ferry, so the days are long and I’m tired when I get home, but I am putting in a veggie garden and push through the feelings of being overwhelmed. Do a little and do it often, has become my mantra, along with “what would Vivi do?”. Hopefully I will be able to retire one day – I’m 56 – but until then I will continue to build my life out here on what has been named Hippy Crick Farm! xx
Oh I LOVE the sound of Hippy Crick Farm!!! Good on you – you’ve laid the ground work to build your retirement on and in the meantime created a sanctuary to return to after a hard day’s work………wonderful. Go you!!!! 😀

I had a little thought on your icecream problem, how about making ice tea popsickles? Make some tea, add some sugar, let cool and pop them in your freezer. Hold on, I think I’ll make some myself right now, it is so warm! Keep on swimming, Vivi, all will be alright in the end.
