Vivi’s Kitchen Garden 139: Compost, chopping leaves and hand tools.

During a super quick visit I managed to eke out a bit of compost to cover the last of my new perma beds…….and I had a go at chopping up leaf litter using a strimmer and a bucket…. I also remembered to grab a handful of the fennel roots, which I had dug out a few days before, to experiment with in the kitchen. Even if I only have a spare hour or two it’s worth a quick session in the garden at this time of year just for the light.

  1. All good jobs!
Popped over to do some clearing up but a bit troubled by a letter informing that an EGM has been called in January 😞 Am a bit afraid it’s not going to be great news 😒
Have a smashing Yuletide, Vivi πŸŽ„

    1. Oh fingers crossed it’s not something sinister. Let us know how it goes. Have a wonderful Christmas in the meantime. πŸ™‚
