The weather is definitely on the turn here with a big dumping of rain due in a couple of days….so it’s high time to harvest dried produce. Today it’s the turn of the beans… I discuss my drying methods and how I store to ensure a clean, long lasting produce to rely on in the kitchen through the next few months.
