A video I have been wanting to make for ages…..all about the notebook my grandparents kept when they set up home as a newly married couple in the Spring of 1939 as the second World War loomed. There are so many lessons in this little book for me….indeed, for us all.

I’m going to try, for the second time, to sell my vinyl records….I hope this is a good lead that came by word-of-mouth. While I’m in the area of the record shop I visit a junk/flea shop and have a good rummage to find items to rescue for my shop.

Including my cheap and easy trick for hiding unsightly plumbing. I’m waiting in for a plumber today so I’ll try and get on with the mountain of documents I need to sort for selling my flat. Before the plumber arrives I need to remove my ‘boxing’ from the pipes so he has access…..I’ll show you how I made the boxing for just a few pence. The cold has still not gone so please excuse the sniffs!
